House Plan Modification Requests

Occasionally people want to customize their home to make it just the way they want it. This could be as simple as adding a closet to a study to make it a bedroom or as difficult as increasing or decreasing living space. You can work with your builder or a local architect or designer to modify your plans for you if you purchase the CAD file or reproducible vellums. The CAD files and vellums come with a license, which permits changes to be made.

In-House Modifications

If you would like Weber Design Group to create a quote for performing your modifications, we need you to tell us in detail what you want changed. It is best if you can fax to us at 239- 594-9678 a floor plan of the house plan that you would like to modify detailing all of your changes and where you would like us to make them. The more information, the more accurate the quote. All modifications are individually priced due to the size and level of detail of our plans. However, a guideline below identifies the minimum amount charged for often-requested modifications. You must purchase the house plan in CAD format for our design team to alter and make your modifications.
