Home Plans by Weber ("Weber Design Group") is dedicated to making your online experience as interesting and enjoyable as possible. We truly appreciate your presence on our site and at all times understand that you are our guest and should be treated accordingly. To ensure this, we have listed the components of our Privacy Policy below.

Use of Personal Information

Any information you submit through Home Plans by Weber’s web sites will be held in the strictest confidence. In no way will your personal information ever be used without your consent. To ensure this, all forms on our web sites that send information to a database that may be used in the future, e.g. mailing lists, registration, etc., have check boxes where you specify whether or not you would like to receive information from us in the future. Forms used just to send email; post messages, etc., do not include the option, but will never be used to send information. Be assured that we do not sell our name and address lists. If you choose to receive information from us, each message will also include instructions on how to "unsubscribe" from future mailings should you wish to cancel.

The only information we automatically collect is that related to the use of our web site. This information is anonymous and is gathered through our servers’ log files. These log files record generic information, such as the number of visits our web site receives, the types of browsers used and the number of files downloaded, but never personal information. This log file information allows us to create better content aimed at our viewer’s preferences.

Copyright Statement

All plans are protected by U.S. Federal Copyright Laws. A license agreement is required. Those built without a license agreement infringe the copyright and are punishable in Federal Court by fines of up to $100,000 per violation. It is not permitted to copy any part of the original design to create another design, claim copyright on changes made (if applicable), give a plan to another for construction purposes, or sell the plan.

Return Policy

We offer FREE ground shipping within the continental United States. If you prefer not to order online, or if you have any questions, please contact us at info@weberdesigngroup.com or call us at 1-239-594-9778 and we will be happy to help you with your order. Please note that all sales are final. No refunds or exchanges can be given once your order has been fulfilled or once we have begun to modify a plan to your specifications. All orders are fulfilled within one business day of our office confirming your order. Please allow up to 10 days for ground shipping. All plans are designed in accordance with applicable local codes in affect at the time of the creation of the designs. The codes under which the plans were designed are those in force in the designer’s local region. The customer is responsible to ensure compliance with local building codes. Local building jurisdictions may require Lateral Analysis or other engineering services. These services are often best handled by those familiar with your local codes and requirements. Only qualified personnel should undertake any revisions. Home Plans by Weber assumes no liabilities for changes or modifications made to plans by others.

All construction plans ordered through Home Plans By Weber, Inc. are provided as-is and Home Plans By Weber, Inc. disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness of purpose. Construction plans may not be returned for credit and/or refund under any circumstances. Home Plans By Weber, Inc. is not liable for incidental, special, consequential, or indirect damages of any kind, including, but not limited to, loss of anticipated profits, business opportunity, or other economic loss arising out of the use of services or any construction plans received from Home Plans By Weber, Inc. even if Home Plans By Weber, Inc. has been advised of the possibility of such damage. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the accuracy, compliance with applicable statute or regulation, and fitness of purpose of any plans or construction information received from Home Plans By Weber, Inc. prior to use thereof. In the event any liability is imposed on Home Plans By Weber, Inc., Home Plans By Weber, Inc.’s liability to you or any third party shall not exceed the price paid for Home Plans By Weber, Inc.’s product.
