Additional sets of blueprints - $40 each additional set. Must be specified at the time of order. Maximum of (5) additional sets.

Reproducible Set - See Selected Plan Page For Price.

Purchase of a Reproducible Set does not constitute a license to build the plan more than once. Qualified professionals must undertake any changes made to plans. Home Plans by Weber is not responsible for any changes made to plans by others .

Please note that all sales are final. No refunds or exchanges can be given once your order has been fulfilled or once we have begun to modify a plan to your specifications. All orders are fulfilled within one business day of our office confirming your order. Please allow up to 10 days for ground shipping. All plans are designed in accordance with applicable local codes in affect at the time of the creation of the designs. The codes under which the plans were designed are those in force in the designer’s local region. The customer is responsible to ensure compliance with local building codes. Local building jurisdictions may require Lateral Analysis or other engineering services. These services are often best handled by those familiar with your local codes and requirements. Only qualified personnel should undertake any revisions. Home Plans by Weber assumes no liabilities for changes or modifications made to plans by others.

All construction plans ordered through Home Plans By Weber, Inc. are provided as-is and Home Plans By Weber, Inc. disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness of purpose. Construction plans may not be returned for credit and/or refund under any circumstances. Home Plans By Weber, Inc. is not liable for incidental, special, consequential, or indirect damages of any kind, including, but not limited to, loss of anticipated profits, business opportunity, or other economic loss arising out of the use of services or any construction plans received from Home Plans By Weber, Inc. even if Home Plans By Weber, Inc. has been advised of the possibility of such damage. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the accuracy, compliance with applicable statute or regulation, and fitness of purpose of any plans or construction information received from Home Plans By Weber, Inc. prior to use thereof. In the event any liability is imposed on Home Plans By Weber, Inc., Home Plans By Weber, Inc.’s liability to you or any third party shall not exceed the price paid for Home Plans By Weber, Inc.’s product.
