 A Georgian style house plan like no other!  If you have an estate size lot, please also look at our Alexandria House Cottage plan (G2-2557) that makes a perfect cottage style guest house! The main house has a stately front elevation with two story Georgian style columns covering a relaxing front porch. Once entering, the entry is flanked with double staircases all open to the  25 foot - 2nd story, then up a couple of steps is a planter in the center. Just beyond is a radial window overlooking the koi pond that appears to seamlessly flow into the pool. The kitchen is another highlight of this house plan with it\'s open style overlooking the radial dinette, spacious family room and adjoining wet bar.  Four sets of double doors welcome you out to the covered lanai with octagonal sitting area, cozies up with a fireplace!  Next, the master suite of this floor plan has a large sitting area, and impressive octagonal "drive through" shower!  Upstairs one floor you have 4 additional bedrooms, an entertaining loft w/wet bar and 4 baths.  Then.....up a quaint spiral staircase is the study....a nice retreat with plenty of windows! Oh, and if stairs aren\'t your thing, all floors are accessible by the elevator.  This Georgian house plan will be the talk of town!
