Arbordale House Plan
The two-story Arbordale house plan is an ideal plan for capturing the beauty of a coastal or other waterfront lot. With just over 4,500 square feet of living space, this home plan embodies the Olde Florida style with details such as a metal roof, Hardie board exterior, lots of windows, French doors and a spacious front porch entry. Inside, the layout features multiple open spaces for fostering direct views through to the rear. The living room, dining room, and foyer are essentially one space delineated by individual coffered and tray ceiling designs. A large set of glass doors open up entirely so that indoor and outdoor spaces can appear to be one. The family room, dinette and kitchen make for comfortable gathering spaces. Mitered glass in the dinette and large sliders in the family room bring in more spectacular oceanfront or coastal Key West views.
A large covered lanai is accessible from all the main living spaces, features an outdoor kitchen and has direct access to a pool bath. The master suite is a luxurious space and offers an amazingly posh master bath with a standalone soaking tub and a shower that connects to the outdoor shower. The home also features a study as well as wonderful storage off the kitchen that includes the utility room, pantry, and separate dish pantry. Upstairs, are three additional bedrooms, three baths, loft with morning bar, utility room, exercise and a covered deck. The Arbordale also offers ample storage in the oversized two-car garage and a large attic storage space that can be reached easily through doors on the second floor.
