This single story Mediterranean home plan with a great room layout is almost 2600 square feet under-air and offers expansive sliding glass doors as well as plenty of windows that allow natural light to saturate the living areas.
The split floor plan features three bedrooms and three baths, a study and a formal dining room. Outside, the covered lanai space gazes out to the swimming pool and offers both dining and conversation areas as well as an outdoor kitchen!
The Brighton house plan has been popular in Florida, Texas, and California, but would work wonderfully in any area.
