Callaloo House Plan
The two-story Callaloo house plan exemplifies the West Indies style. The layout of the first floor includes an island kitchen that looks out diagonally to the large great room and dining room. A large wall of pocketing glass creates a seamless indoor-outdoor experience with the covered lanai and outdoor kitchen beyond.
The flow of this contemporary floor plan is conducive to the casual entertaining of guests. The luxurious master suite is situated on the first floor and includes access to the covered lanai and outdoor living spaces. It pampers the homeowner with a large walk-in closet, dual vanities, and shower. The first floor also features a large utility room and formal study. Upstairs, there are three additional bedrooms and two baths as well as a private balcony. Pool detail is a concept only.
