Estrella House Plan

The front elevation of the Estrella house plan is adorned with all of the typical trappings of a Mediterranean home including arched windows, a tile roof with varying rooflines and an elegantly arched entryway framed by decorative columns. Inside the two-story home, the foyer is flanked by the formal dining room and study and then gives way to the living room where there is a wall of glass providing 90-degree rear waterfront views.

To the right is a wet bar leading into the open family room and dinette. In the family room, an expansive set of zero-corner glass doors slide out of the way to reveal a seamless transition to the covered lanai that is equipped with an outdoor kitchen and fireplace. The master suite also has zero-corner doors giving it a front row seat to the spectacular rear views of your lot. The opulent master bath pampers the homeowner with a garden tub and large shower with a mitered glass window facing a hidden garden and fountain.
