La Reverie House Plan
The two-story La Reverie House Plan features a Classical Revival architectural style and offers 4,328 square feet of air-conditioned living space consisting of five bedrooms and four and a half baths, plus an upstairs loft perfect as an entertainment room or kids gaming area. The main floor has a large open great room, dining room and island kitchen that are combined spaces with individual ceiling designs. A massive glass wall opens up the entire great room and dining room providing a seamless transition to the covered lanai, outdoor kitchen and pool. An elevator provides access to the upstairs where three bedrooms and ensuite baths are in a split floor plan around a loft area. The second level also has a morning bar area that is ideal for overnight company and an additional laundry room.
