Las Olas Home Plan
A tour of the three-story Las Olas home plan begins with a grand entry system at the second level of the unique Spanish-inspired home, where two luxurious staircases meet under an archway beautifully framed by columns. Inside, the foyer steps up to a spacious family room with a soaring ceiling that is open to the second floor. A tall set of transom windows above a wall of sliders allows natural light to cascade into the home and opens up the room to the covered lanai. A separate formal living room is connected to the family room by way of a wet bar. The amply sized kitchen features a peninsula bar and an island. It overlooks a dinette with a bay window. The home plan also has a separate formal dining room.
The second level also hosts a study, media room and a full bathroom. Upstairs are three bedrooms, including the master, along with three full baths, a utility room, snack bar and two covered balconies. The lowest level of the home houses four garage spaces, storage, a game room with wet bar, an office and full bath. It leads out to a covered lanai and the pool.
