Livingston Manor Home Plan
The Livingston Manor house plan is a two-story rustic Tuscan inspired style that offers many unique features. There are exposed decorative beams throughout the house adding character and charm. The floor plan has a formal living room layout with a separate family room, formal dining, and casual dinette. A plush master suite offers his and her walk-in closets and luxurious bath. The first floor also hosts a unique in-law or junior master suite. Outdoor living areas include a covered lanai with multiple sitting areas, a wet bar, and outdoor kitchen. Another unique feature of the home is a separate 13×9 workshop off the over-sized two-car garage that is ideal for the tinkerer. Upstairs is another bedroom, full bath, and a loft.
