Morocco House Plan
The Morocco house plan offers a quintessential Mediterranean exterior façade in a two-story home of just under 4,200 square feet. The floor plan offers extraordinary use of glass to maximize rear-oriented waterfront views. The formal living room features direct views of the pool or water directly upon entering the home. To the right of the foyer is an elegant formal dining room. The kitchen overlooks a spacious family room and dinette providing a casual gathering area for entertaining. Radial glass and zero-corner doors provide a seamless indoor-outdoor transition to the covered lanai. The first level of the home plan also features the luxurious master suite, office, laundry, pool bath and a powder room as well as several storage areas. Upstairs in this 2 story home, are three additional bedrooms, three baths, a loft and covered balcony.
