San Gabriel Home Plan
The San Gabriel is a two-story Mediterranean home plan with just under 2800 square feet of living area. The floor plan features separate living and family rooms as well as dining room and dinette. The centrally located kitchen looks into the family room where there are two sets of sliding doors leading out to the pool and the covered lanai and summer kitchen beyond. The abundant-use of glass in this floorplan makes it great for a waterfront lot. A wet bar is situated between the casual living areas and the formal living room tying them together.
The master suite resides on the first floor and has two walk-in closets as well as a luxurious master bath with a large shower and garden tub. A set of sliding doors gives the master suite direct access to the pool area. Also on the main level, is a second en-suite bedroom with walk-in closet and pool access as well as a den and laundry room. Upstairs is a third bedroom, bathroom, covered lanai and wet bar.
