 This efficient Mediterranean house plan is a little different with the kitchen located at the front of the home.  The expansive covered lanai is accessible from all rooms in the back, offering a sizeable outdoor kitchen too!  A casual floor plan, with all main living areas opened together.  Although, this house design calls for each of the three bedrooms to have their own baths and privacy!  A side entry 2-car garage, and spacious master suite completes this Mediterranean house plan.
