Cottage

Cottage house plans come in many varieties and although the name may remind you of Hansel and Gretel, many of these house plans are quite the opposite. Some found on the coast with siding and tin roofs; these house plans are usually very small and used as a vacation house plan or a beach home plan. Cottage house plans may have sloping or uneven roofs, brink, stone or stucco siding as well.  In a mountain style house plan you may find a prominent brick or stone chimney often at the front near the door.  Wherever you choose to build your cottage house plan, the style is your own.  See below for a sample of our house plans, click on any to see the floor plan.
